Standing Together: Supporting Our Volunteer

When Mrs. Lorna, one of our most dedicated volunteers, suffered a minor paralysis attack, Karuna Sadan Trust immediately stepped up to support her. Hospitalized in the ICU for over a week, she faced not just a medical challenge, but the overwhelming financial burden of extensive treatment.

Our team quickly rallied together, demonstrating that we’re more than just an organization—we’re a family. Members pooled resources and our NGO committed significant funds to help alleviate the financial strain. We wanted Mrs. Lorna to focus entirely on her recovery without worrying about medical expenses.

Support went beyond monetary assistance. Colleagues visited her in the hospital, sent encouraging messages, and maintained constant communication with her family. We ensured she knew she wasn’t alone during this difficult time. Mrs. Lorna‘s years of selfless service made our response natural. Her dedication to our mission had always been an inspiration, and now it was our turn to stand by her.

A great woman once said, “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”

We’re relieved and grateful to report that she is now on the path to recovery. This experience powerfully demonstrates our organization’s core values of compassion, solidarity, and mutual support.

Every contribution, big or small, helps us continue supporting our volunteers and community members in their times of greatest need. Your donation isn’t just money—it’s hope, it’s support, it’s a lifeline. Together, we can ensure that no dedicated volunteer stands alone when challenges arise. Will you help us make a difference?
