WE BELIEVE IN CHANGE

This year World Food Day is being celebrated around the world on October 16 2021. The day is marked not only to celebrate the amazing food that we get to eat every day but to also spread awareness about those who struggle to get even one meal in a day.

The day was first established in November 1979. The idea was suggested by former Hungarian Minister of Agriculture and Food Dr Pal Romany. Since then the day has been celebrated by more than 150 countries around the world.

EVERY MOMENT COUNTS

This is an opportunity for all of us to come together and take action against hunger, and malnutrition. Let’s take a pledge never to waste food.

Love and kindness are never wasted. They always make a difference. They bless the one who receives them, and they bless you, the giver.

On this day, we at Karuna Sadan distributed food to the poor and needy on the streets. Let us thank God for His provision to us and our loved ones.
