Supporting Students with Motivation and Confidence
Mumbai, January 25, 2026 – Karuna Sadan Trust organized Students Meet 2026, a special gathering designed to motivate and support students as they prepare for their upcoming examinations and navigate academic pressures.
The event, held at Oasis in Kurla, Mumbai, brought together students in a warm and encouraging environment focused on building resilience and managing exam-related stress.
The afternoon began with energetic dance sessions that helped students relax and shed their anxieties. The physical activity served as an important reminder that taking breaks and staying active are essential components of healthy exam preparation.
The highlight of Students Meet 2026 was an inspiring and powerful message delivered by Mr. Michael Fernandes, Trustee of Karuna Sadan Trust. His address focused on practical strategies for managing stress, maintaining focus, and approaching examinations with the right mindset.
I’ve seen students who study 12 hours a day fail, and students who study 4 hours with focus succeed,” Mr. Fernandes told the gathering. “The difference isn’t in the hours—it’s in how you treat your mind and body. Stress doesn’t come from the exam itself; it comes from doubting your own effort. When you’ve done your honest best, there’s nothing left to fear
Mr. Fernandes encouraged students to develop healthy study habits, seek help when needed, and maintain balance in their lives. His words provided both practical guidance and emotional support, reminding the young people that they are not alone in facing these challenges.
Students Meet 2026 reflects Karuna Sadan Trust’s commitment to supporting the overall well-being of children and youth, recognizing that emotional and mental health are just as important as academic achievements
